This is one of the best recipe that I have discovered. It is clay pot chicken rice but cooked via rice cooker. I could not wait to try this recipe cause it sounded so simple. The ingredients can be found in most Chinese kitchen and it so convenient because it is cooked via rice cooker.
To my surprise, my first attempt to this dish was successful. It taste exactly like the clay pot chicken rice that I usually have back at home. It was so comforting to have dishes like this.
I made some minor changes in to this recipe. I added some salted fish as it is my favourite ingredient when in clay pot chicken rice.I added the salted fish when the rice was about to be ready in 5 minutes. I personally think it gives the additional kick.

Thus far, I have been trying wheat beer from Munich. This is the first weissen I tried which is from Bayreuth. Alcohol content : 5.4%
According to reviews, this beer has fresh apple type character and the higher than usual proportion of wheat to barley gives added character. I recall it has a very refreshing finish. Alcohol content : 5.4%
