As some of you may already know, I am back in Hamburg and experiencing the cold winter. It snowed last Friday which got the bunch of Malaysian here pretty excited. We are exactly 30 days away from Christmas and Hamburg is filled with Christmas lights and decoration. It is lovely and it is hard not to be part of the Christmas Spirit and celebration.
The Christmas Markt officially started yesterday. I paid a visit yesterday evening and enjoyed a nice glass of gluhwein which is a hot red wine mixed with some spices. It is nice drink during the cold winter as it keeps you warm. I will share some pictures of the Christmas Markt in my next post (If I dont end up being lazy).
Also, I am planning to host a Christmas dinner where I am going to invite the fellow Malaysian here over for dinner. I have a basic menu in mind- Roast Chicken, Potato Gratin and some vegetable. I sure hope I don't make a disaster out of the dinner.
I promise to update my blog more often. My apartment's wireless is hopeless and I always get very frustrated when I try to log on.
Till then.
